We are delighted to announce that on the Sunday 8th & Monday 9th April 2012 we will be hosting two fantatsic open days to officially launch the second phase of our development at Raywell Hall Country Lodge Park “The Pastures“. Join us between 11am and 5pm for a guided tour of this secluded retreat.
The Pastures is so named for its sensational vistas across the East Yorkshire countryside. There are 8 bases already formed out situated above a lake with an eye catching waterfall feature.
We will have two superb show lodges open for viewing across the weekend the Prestige Canterbury 52ft x 22ft and the Pathfinder Holicombe 42ft x 14ft. Each lodge offers something a little different in lodge style living.
Visitors over the weekend will be entered into a prize draw to WIN a luxury 2 night break in the Pathfinder Holicombe at Raywell Hall Country Lodge Park.
The winner will really get a flavour of the relaxing lifestyle on offer in this peaceful hideaway.

There is a buzz of excitment in the air here at Raywell Hall Country Lodge Park as our new show lodge the Prestige Canterbury 52′x22′ has just been delivered to site.
This lodge really has the ‘WOW‘ factor or should we call it the ‘WIW‘ factor. With an extra 2 foot in width to the standard model this lodge really has a lot of space on offer including an enormous Walk-In-Wardrobe. For full specification details please click here.
Our new show lodge is doubly exciting because it is our first lodge on the second phase of our development The Pastures and takes pride of place on base number one.
The Canterbury will be ready to view from the 13th February and is available as seen fully sited with decking for £174,500.

From the 19th to the 22nd January we attended the Manchester Caravan & Motor Home Show which was held at Event City next door to the Trafford Centre.
We worked alongside Prestige Park & Leisure Homes out of their fantastic Canterbury lodge. In our opinion this lodge really was the star of the show. At 52 foot long and 22 foot wide with the added features of a study, en suite and an enormous walk in wardrobe it wasn’t hard to see why people were falling in love with this luxury holiday home.
Across the four day show we spoke to hundreds of people about holiday lodge living and the lifestyle that goes with owning one of these bespoke properties.
It was lovely to speak with so many people. Thank you for coming to see us at the show and we hope to see you at the park very soon.
Our new Management Centre & Reception Office was completed at the end of November and in December 2011 we moved into the new building.
With the new office now open we are able to offer an improved service 7 days a week. Call in to see us Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm or Saturday & Sunday 11am-4pm.
In November three new customers and their lodges arrived on the park. We would like to take this opportunity to extend a warm welcome to our latest lodge owners at Raywell Hall Country Lodge Park.

The Lawns show is just around the corner and here at Raywell Hall Country Lodge Park we are busy with preparations for what is known to be the largest lodge exhibition in the UK.
The show will arrive at the Lawns showground in Cottingham on the 3rd September and will be open to the public on both the 3rd & 4th September.
We will of course have a presence at the Lawns Show and we hope you will come and find us to ask us any questions you may have about park living and Raywell Hall Country Lodge Park. Our representatives will be on both the Prestige Homes and Pathfinder Homes exhibitions.
We cannot emphasise enough that this really is the last chance to buy on the first phase of this superb development at Raywell. Availability on the highly desirable ‘Woodlands’ phase of the development is now extremely limited with only 2 plots remaining.
However, we will be launching the equally impressive second phase of the development ‘the Pastures’ in Spring 2012 and we are taking reservations and expressions of interest now!
