The Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and en suite shower room. One twin bedroom plus a family bathroom with overhead shower.

The spacious and modern open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area enjoys floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Yorkshire countryside. Enjoy movie nights on the sofas set around a smart TV whilst others compete on the combined pool table/table tennis/diner.  The kitchen has all mod cons including coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washer.

French doors lead out to your private decked area with uninterrupted field views, rattan sofas and an outdoor hot tub. Further steps lead to a grassed area where you will find your own picnic bench, giving you plenty of space to enjoy the warm summer evenings. Festoon lighting complete this outdoor space creating the perfect ambiance.
